Here's how I preserve purslane (and other greens) to save for winter! I found a giant fall purslane plant and harvested a bunch to save for use in soups and stews this winter. I use my steam juicer without the juicing section to steam large batches of wild greens, cool them down, and then vacuum seal and freeze them.
