This particular post is extremely misleading. First and foremost, Trusts are creatures of Statute or Equity (Common Law via the Judiciary). Either way, you can't simply have them do whatever you want. There are absolute rules to which they must adhere. Otherwise, they may be void under the law. If you operate a business in any state, you are bound by the commercial rules and regulations of the jurisdiction in which you are operating. That includes being subject to tax codes (at a municipal, stat
