Nov 23, 2024 · Another 23.20.50 issue. I had my 55" C3 for 10 months when the screen just went blank. Ended up getting the Motherboard replaced. Back to factory reset mode. Started w/ rel 03.11.54, updated to 13.40.75, all was good, ran that way for a couple of weeks with no problems then updated to 23.20.50.
