Though it seems impossible to use two iPads as external monitors to in effect create a triple monitor setup.

Oct 11, 2019 · Create multiple user accounts in iPad by signing out of your iCloud and have the new user sign in with her iCloud account. If your a parent, just create a new Apple id for your kid(s). This way you create a new iCloud account to sign-in devices, and use for storage (Apple ID --> creates iCloud account --> free 5GB of cloud storage).
