Retro styling, 16 megapixels and the X Trans II sensor are a magical combination that renders a really unique look. If you're flirting with your first Fuji camera or want a second body to go with your main camera its a bargain on the used market.

Jul 8, 2012 · XT 2 does internal step down conversion (12 to 5v) so the XT2 can be mounted on the original XT mount as that one provides 5v already, as the step down converter is on the cable. Inversely, you cannot attach an XT on the XT2 mount as the feed is 12v and the XT only runs on 5v. I assume the non mutual ability to exchange mounts is down to the above.

Mar 3, 2014 · Fujifilm’s X-T1 represents a departure in design for the X-series, becoming the first X-mount with a DSLR-styled body and a viewfinder hump over the optical axis. I know the earlier X-Pro1, XE and XM models had their fans, but to me the X-T1 is by far the best-looking model in the range to date.
