Jakob Chychrun (/ ˈ tʃ ɪ k r ən / CHIK-rən; born March 31, 1998) is an American–Canadian professional ice hockey defenceman for the Washington Capitals of the National Hockey League (NHL). [1] He was drafted 16th overall by the Arizona Coyotes at the 2016 NHL entry draft .
