Sep 4, 2022 · Does anyone know how to speak to a real person about a Walmart order? I received the wrong version of what I ordered but if I try to get them to replace it I feel like they're just gonna send the same thing again. Whenever I call customer service it just takes me through an automated system which isn't helpful.

I'm sure Walmart feels it is paying you guys too much and wants to pull back on that, all the while making you have to work harder and to be more susceptible to the slavery-types of activities (i.e., working longer hours, fewer days off, getting threatened to lose bonus if you're coached, etc.)

Why am I still getting punished for calling out in September and august in January?! The biggest kicker is there was a mother of 2 on our team who couldn’t get out of the driveway whatsoever, also at 4.5. If Walmart fires us, I am going in that management office, cussing out our bullshit manager until the cops drag me out of that hell hole.

My state has had PPTO before Walmart even implemented it and it rolls over every year. Not sure what the Walmart policy is honestly but we get 1 hour for every 30 hours worked I think. I do call in every few months when needed so it's not like I never call out, but it still builds up.

Sep 19, 2023 · Walmart delivery is almost entirely done by a 3rd party driver that works for "Spark" which is a doordash/Uber type service and they are paid a base pay per delivery+ tips. If you aren't allowed to leave a tip then the store you are ordering from actually utilizes in store delivery drivers that use a Walmart vehicle and are paid an hourly wage.

If to want to buy yourself a nice Motorola RMM2050 (highly recommend - I used to use one for personal comms), you also can program it without a computer by pressing and holding the push-to-talk button and the top side button (side button 1) while turning the radio on.

The last time I tried to check the dates for the previous store I worked at it didn't show any extra dates for that store (or any other stores I randomly tried) and that store always chose 3 extras every time, so it made me wonder if it's not longer possible to check dates for other stores.

Feb 1, 2023 · Walmart plus inhome is not the same as the regular membership. Inhome slots are walmart employees and vans , you do not tip them. Other slots or rush are third part. Tip option appears. People will tip based on ability ascwell as thd efficiency and professional ethics or the driver. But there us only 3 tip options.
