Had to disassemble the dash...this is a big deal 9) A/c blower motor...not a big deal

May 25, 2023 · Like their VR cousins, the layout makes for a ridiculously compact engine for it's displacement; case-in-point, the B5 platform was practically designed around the 2.8 V6/2.7 Biturbo, yet VW managed to cram a 4.0L 8 cylinder in there, even if it was so tight that maintenance became a(n expensive) nightmare.

Mar 1, 2024 · I owned a vw v10 engine. You run - not walk - away from them. BMW makes some of the best Na and turbo engines that would replace the s62. And most of them are very reliable or ccan have their weak spots fixed during engine transplant. No reason not to stay within brand.
