Nov 7, 2010 · The engine is more complicated than most cruisers, but then not many 750s are able to perform like the VN750! Definitely not a typical cruiser. The "50,000 miles and the engine is shot" story is bull.

Oct 11, 2011 · Oils have varying amounts of reserve alkalinity, known as TBN. Either Rotella or Rotella T6 have particularly high TBNs, so assuming good filtration, they can be run longer without building up acidity. I go 10,000 miles or one year on the trucks, and about 5,000 or six months on the VN750.

Nov 5, 2019 · I've had the VN750 about a year now. Had the carbs rebuilt by a local shop here in south Florida and the bike is running well. My question is about the open vacuum port in the picture.
