The Arm Neoverse V2 CPU is designed for cloud computing, high performance computing (HPC), and machine learning (ML) performance leadership. Neoverse V2 delivers up to twice the performance as Neoverse V1. And it is the first V-series CPU with Armv9 performance, power, and security enhancements.

In [ 1-4: CLAIR DE LUNE ], V2 will have the Knuckleblaster equipped as its left arm, while in [ 4-4: CLAIR DE SOLEIL ], it is replaced by the Whiplash. The Knuckleblaster has exaggerated exhaust pipes along the forearm close to the elbow and three thick, grey, claw-like fingers at its end.

The Knuckleblaster is a robotic arm generously donated by V2. It sports a red and gray color scheme, with three clawed fingers, two exhaust pipes hanging off the side, and a slot on the top of the forearm that exposes the mechanical insides.

Neoverse V2 (code named Demeter) is derived from the ARM Cortex-X3 and implements the ARMv9.0-A instruction set. It was officially announced by Arm on September 14, 2022. [9][10] NVIDIA Grace, [11] AWS Graviton4 [12] and Google Axion [13] are based on the Neoverse V2.
