INASIS Bank Rakyat is the 15thresidential hall established in UUM with maximum capacity up to 2216 students. Therefore, this is one of the largest student residential hall in Universiti Utara Malaysia (UUM). We are located almost 3 kilometers away from the main campus.

As one of the residential colleges within Universiti Utara Malaysia (UUM), we are proud to provide a comfortable, inclusive, and empowering environment for all residents. Our mission is to cultivate leaders of tomorrow by promoting values of knowledge (Ilmu), integrity (Budi), and service (Bakti).

SAC offers to student/staff/civilian to book Multipurpose Hall/Auditorium for any occation. SAC offers services of the transportation such as Irsaf Bus and university transportation for students. SAC provides House and Hall for rent at Taman Siswa UUM, Bandar Darul Aman, Jitra Kedah.

UUM provides accommodation for almost 22,000 of its students in 15 residential halls; which includes a residential hall for married students. Many of these halls are named after multinational companies.

All applications are SUBJECT TO ROOM AVAILABILITY. Rooms are on a twin-sharing basis. Room rates: Local Student : RM 375.00 per semester International Student : RM 450.00 per semester. The allocation of Residential Hall and room is at the discretion of the Student Accommodation Centre’s Management.

Upon being accepted by the University, students must make arrangements for their financial support and the payment of Student Fee throughout their study. The Student Fee consists of registration, tuition, accommodation and services. The Student Fee may be revised from time to time without prior notice.

UUM ensures accommodation for all its students. To cater to the housing needs of its ever growing student population, UUM has 15 student residential halls that can accommodate approximately 20,000 students.

The Student Affairs Department (HEP) embodies the heart and soul of a university. It plays a very important role in terms of providing the required services and helping the students develop their personality and realise their true potentials.

Currently Petronas Student Residential Hall and TM Student Residential Hall (UUM labels their residential halls by names of corporations, initially via numbering system) are designated as disabled-friendly Student Residential Halls with several purposely-modified rooms. [20]
