May 15, 2021 · This is an extremely rare, completely original Type 1 AK-47, built from a PLO parts kit. All parts including the barrel are original as captured from the PLO and not assembled from other sources or separately fabricated.

You can find out more about this book at the bottom of the page. The Type 1 went into production in 1947. The T1 receiver had most of the elements seen in modern variants.

Extremely rare type 1 AK47. Late 40’s early 50’s production. Very very very few exist in the US, but this one is in Lebanon. Also rare there, generally they are rare all over the place.
