Mar 29, 2022 · Toucan might help a bit with vocabulary, but the words are inserted into sentences in your NL/the base language. This means you don't get the same sort of context that seeing it in a TL sentence will require - a graded reader, designed to be comprehensible to learners, will be far more effective.

Apr 6, 2021 · A toucan's neck is actually 'S' shaped and not that big, and bird skin is pretty transparent, so extra skin is there to support the feathers. Lots of bird species have this, it's completely normal. The person in the video is basically just pulling back the feathers.
