Developed for trench warfare. Initially, the armament was to be placed in the front part of the hull and side sponsons. However, later it was decided not to add sponsons but to mount a turret. By 1943, when the TOG 2* was completed and ready for trials, it was already obsolete. The vehicle never entered service.

Apr 12, 2022 · I bought the Tog 2 today and after a few matches, I concluded it is a very good and under appreciated tank. Yes it is slow and very long, but it has some insanely good points. Not only having the highest HP (1400) of all tier 6 tanks and some tier 7 tanks, it has a very quick reload and aim in time for a very tank.
