If it’s not showing, reset your toolbars with Alt+F8 to bring it back. You can also right-click the tool bar to hide or show other tools, including the Loupe tool, which does not show by default. ~ Jane

Tried going to Graphics > New Layer > Text and nothing happens. Have quit and re-opened the application. Tried restarting my computer. Did the latest update. Uninstalled and reinstalled Premiere Pro.

Nov 2, 2018 · Unfortunately, the text tool is only available in both the iOS and Android versions of Adobe Photoshop Express and not the Windows desktop version. Jan 20, 2022 · Jesús' video may be related (new font rendering engine) but there are no character styles in the document, basic paragraph style has not been altered and the transform tool was not used to horizontallyy distort the text.
