May 14, 2007 · i bought used the tenzo type r replicas and slapped in my integra to keep me secure when i do some touge runs. the tenzo rails line up real good. the seat is pretty comfortable and i'm about 5'11 and big boned.

Mar 8, 2010 · Has anyone tried the Tenzo R - type R seats? They sometimes show up on eBay with Miata in the listing and are mid-priced. I searched but didn't find much any conclusive info and was wondering if somebody's actually got them to fit and any indication if they'd be wide enough for those of us with larger bottoms.

Feb 17, 2004 · I know of many people who have been rearended with tenzo R's and cheap seats and the brakcets break, or the seat actually breaks. They suffer greater injurys and I wouldn't trust any ebay seat. If you want cheap that works, get some kind of summit seat.

May 8, 2008 · My experience with Tenzo seats has been less than favorable... quality isn't all that good, not too comfy, and the material doesn't wear well. Heck, those carbon fiber & leather Tenzo's are about the price of a pair of lower end fabric Recaros!

Nov 5, 2002 · Tenzo R seats - any good? I might be able to get a set of 5Zigen seats (non reclinable, "Beckett" I think) for a good price to replace my aging front seats. Does anyone have these? Are they decent quality? Will I fit into them (6'2" 205lbs.)? I never really took the company that seriously but if these are OK I may go ahead with them.

Aug 23, 2004 · There are 2 models of Cobra seat that I know are "FMF" or "Fat Man Friendly". Sidewinder (awesome looking seat, and very comfortable. Low to improve headroom, and wide thigh and shoulder bolsters. Opus (a bit more traditional looking, and still very comfortable.
