Since 1936, Cedral slates, formerly known as Tegral Slates, have been an integral part of Irish homes and buildings. As part of the Etex group, a global organisation specialising in building materials, we now unite our residential products and services under one global brand, Cedral. Cedral (formerly called Tegral in Ireland) is the residential sector of Etex Ireland which are part of the global building materials group, Etex. Both Etex Ireland, and Etex as a worldwide entity have been leading the way in terms of light weight construction and environmental impact of construction for decades.

Cedral Rivendale slates are designed to reflect the qualities of a natural slate, at a fraction of the cost. Available in Blue Black or Heather, Rivendale slates have a beautifully textured surface and dressed edges, combining the benefit of modern slate technology with the look of a natural slate.

Supercem slates are our economy roof slate product. Supercem are available in 600mm × 300mm and are rectangular in shape and are deep black in colour. They have a smooth finish and come with a 10 year colour guarantee and a 30 year structural guarantee.
