It's not a defult bind. You have to bind it manually in console by typing "bind (key) suicide (or kill)". That's it. You can also kill yourself by enabling the option to do so upon class change. I think it's on by default. Go to advanced settings, enable the developers console, exit the menu, hit the ~ key and type exactly this: bind k "kill"
