McKay field cultivator sweeps are the perfect match for today’s high speed cultivators. Available in 3/16” and 1/4” thicknesses they, like all McKay products, are made from quality heat-treated high-carbon steel. Our sweeps are borne from decades of testing.

Rusted away or broken s-tine shanks should be regularly replaced to keep your field cultivated. Created for Danish sweeps, this steel s-tine has a 26 in. height, with a 1.26 in. width, 0.47 in. thickness, and 18-1/2 in. ground clearance.

Edge-on sweeps are a simple yet effective evolution of standard cultivators. The shank is rotated 90° to present the narrow edge of the shank to the direction of travel. In this configuration the sweep shank generates less drag and catches less trash. These sweeps are designed with McKay’s penetrator geometry.
