I recently cut and pasted some photos from my samsung phone onto my PC but when I try to open said images, the following message appears: "It looks like we don't support this file format". I've tried opening the images using other photos viewers as well as the default Window's photo viewer but to no avail.

Oct 16, 2024 · Copilot for personal accounts (copilot.microsoft.com) does support images, so it is technically correct; but you're using Copilot for Microsoft 365, which doesn't currently support images. It seems the new version doesn't work with images. It's estimated to be working again Q4 2024. I wish I could have gone back to the old version while waiting

Some photos that I'm importing from my phone to my laptop appear correctly but not others are giving the ’It looks like we don’t support this file type’ message he listed. All the photos are jpgs. Some were even taken in the same session, I believe.
