Mar 13, 2023 · Fully upgraded, it reduces other skill cooldowns when you use a skill by 3 seconds. Little skul basically gets 0 skill cooldown, so now just hold down both abilities and spam the normal attack button and you can skip the animations and use 8ish abilities per second.
