There are two different ways of applying for transfer of credits in Sisu: substitution and inclusion: You need to apply for substitution if you have completed a course at another Finnish institution of higher education that is directly equivalent to a course at Hanken .

All the Helsinki GSE partnering universities - Aalto University, the Hanken School of Economics and the University of Helsinki - are using Sisu as their student information system. Information about credit transfer for different groups of students is provided below.

You can see your completed credits in two places in Sisu, in the study plan and on the page My profile. Please note that the first page in Sisu only shows the amount of credits placed in your study plan.

The University of Jyväskylä requires that you transfer the studies you completed during the exchange to the JYU study register. Read more about the principles of credit transfer below.

Credit transfers are applied for in Sisu. Please read the Sisu instructions carefully. Applications will be processed in four weeks. The studies to be included in the degree are recorded in Sisu with their original name, credits, and grade if they are equivalent to those at LUT.

You can view the actual credit total from all the studies you have completed in Sisu from your profile on the Completed credits tab. More detailed instructions can be found in the instruction Adding missing course credits to the study plan .
