The SIG P210 (Swiss Army designation Pistole 49, the civilian model was known as SP47/8 prior to 1957) is a locked breech self loading, semi-automatic pistol designed and manufactured in Neuhausen am Rheinfall (Canton of Schaffhausen, Switzerland) by SIG from 1948 to 2006.

Unlike later SIG service pistols, the P49 slide isn’t towering clumsily over your shooting hand. Its slim snout and comparatively sharp grip angle (about three degrees more than a 1911, but 12 degrees less than a P08 Luger) make the P49 feel more like a target pistol.

SIG Swiss Army P49 pistol, part of the second series, fourth delivery to the Swiss Army, is in very good condition with 90% original finish. 5/5 Bore. Frame, slide, and barrel matching serial numbers. Black plastic grips are undamaged with good checkering.

9 mm; 98% blue, Excellent bore, Near mint grips, 4.7'' barrel, SIG P49 EARLY ISSUE WITH NO HALF COCK NOTCH. THE BLUING SHOWS VERY LIGHT HIGH EDGE WEAR WITH THE FRAME TURNING PLUM, WHICH IS VERY COMMON ON THESE. THE BORE IS EXCELLENT, MIRROR BRIGHT WITH SHARP RIFLING. THE SERRATED WOOD GRIPS ARE NEAR MINT.
