The park is comprised of 48 acres and features a Splashpad, MTR Skatepark, Hike and Bike Trail, an Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA)-Accessible Playscape, Off-Road Bicycle Trail, 3 multi-use fields, a basketball court, pavilions, and restrooms.

The park offers a variety of recreational activities that include a regulation 18-hole golf course, Wave Pool, natural fishing area, paddling trail, walking trail (0.8 miles), tennis, basketball and volleyball courts.

Bauer Park’s amenities include a large, inclusive playground, a covered picnic pavilion, four fitness stations, park benches, and a sidewalk loop (0.21 of a mile) around the park. The land was initially dedicated as the City of Seguin’s first public park in 1910.

City of Seguin Park Covered Pavilion Pricing: L1/L2/Starcke Bowl (Large Pavilions) =$30/hour ; M1/M2 (Medium Pavilions) =$15/hour ; P1-P22=(Small Pavilions) =$10/hour ; The only pavilions that have electricity available are L1, L2, M1 and Starcke Bowl. Amusement permits can be added to your covered pavilion rental at L1, L2, M1 and Starcke Bowl.
