Saab safety is legendary. The 9-3 and 9-5 didn't win 5-Stars top Safety award from IIHS for nothing...it is truely the safest car on the road money can buy... Dec 31, 2011 · I have a 2006 Saab 9-3. Whenever I come to a stop and press the accelerator it is slow to accelerate. The check engine light is on, too. The rpm’s do not rev up and the car slowly creeps by then eventually will start to get going. I took it in to the mechanic and they told me I need a new throttle body which they just put in.

Customer: Hi, 2007 Saab 93 2.0 Turbo. Getting DTC p0687 PCM relay circuit high. Voltage to battery at idle is 14.1. Cleaned grounds at ECM battery, and under battery tray. Inspected ECM pins and fuse boxes. Flip Flopped main relay and ecm fuses on fuse boxes with others of same spec. Still getting P0687.
