it feels like the SCP universe is becoming a bit too cramped. it just feels kind of cheesy after a while when it feels like there's some super scary world destroying phenomenon/monster/creature with a tragic backstory hiding under every rock.

The killing of families are ritualistic like crucifixion, burning them to the bone, and hanging them upside down on the ceiling.

Feb 19, 2021 · Nah, it’s a newer SCP that wanted to stick to the original style of writing: Less text, more unknown. Because 096 and 106 are the same in that way, and offer the same kind of horror, people assume that it’s just a rebranding of ‘em.

Dec 15, 2021 · It’s a great story and one of only a handful of SCPs that genuinely gave me chills, there is differences that make it standalone because of the “Christmas” element and the fact that Yule man only kills people on 40 degree latitude and only in snowfall areas, but I undoubtedly see where the inspiration came from.
