Sep 22, 2009 · It's a little dated inside but still better than a lot of modern cars. The 8L isn't anywhere near as fuel efficient though when you hammer it. The 8L S3 will hold it's price better than an A3 as it's still a very desirable car. The only who can decide is you though Zack.

Feb 10, 2010 · One my neighbours had a 2.0T A3 with 200bhp standard and it is pretty quick, now has a 8P S3. Has a little less power to weight ratio as a S3, but very similar performance to a 8L S3.

Oct 26, 2010 · Personnellement, pour avoir eu une 8L 225cv de 2003 et maintenant une 8P de 2006, je n'ai pas senti la "grosse" différence dont vous parlez. Je trouve même la 8P moins "brutale" et plus souple que la 8L, contrairement au ressenti de guigui77.

Mar 22, 2024 · I don't know about the 8L, but the 8P chassis has the speedo run off of the front wheel speed sensors. I am not very familiar with the 8L, but I am guessing you would have to use 8P knuckles, hubs, and brakes.
