I’ve been experimenting with S2S recently, as regular manual stretches seemed to be plateauing. I have made some tweaks to the original method by u/aplacebeyondthepines which I feel are enhancing the stretch even more. With this exercise, I have noted a 1/4” increase in BPFSL over the last 2 weeks.

Yes, you will gain with S2S. I've done only S2S along with extending, and as you can tell by my flair, the results are not too shabby. Stay consistent, increase reps every session, and most importantly apply HEAT before and after your routine.
