Standing for Ruf Carrera Turbo, this is a 3.6 liter, turbocharged flat six engine that produces 425 horsepower to the rear wheels via a close ratio 6 speed transmission, built by RUF and amplified even more after a restoration and engine overhaul.

Output in RCT Evo-specification was quoted by RUF at 425 horsepower and 420 lb-ft torque for a top speed of 198 mph. The cooling fan has been refinished in body-color paint. Power is sent to all four wheels through a RUF five-speed manual transaxle.

This new RCT Evo produces 425 bhp at 5,800 RPM and a prodigious 570 Nm of torque at 4,500 rpm while reaching speeds of near 200 mph. The Evo platform represents an additional 60hp and 9mph top speed over the original RCT.
