Reza Fayazi (Persian: رضا فیاضی; born 6 July 1953) is an Iranian actor, director, screenwriter and host. In 1976, he played a role in the series Golbaran directed by Reza Babak. He then appeared in the movie Ballad of Tara directed by Bahram Beyzai and also acted as the stage manager.

Reza Fayyazi was born on 6 July 1953 in Ahvaz, Khuzestan, Iran. He is an actor and director, known for Cumulus 9 (1992), Ghessehaye Koocheye Ma (1987) and The Blue-Veiled (1995).
