Nov 2, 2024 · Raijin, also called Rai, is a minor character from Twilight Town that appears in Kingdom Hearts II. He is a member of the "Twilight Town Disciplinary Committee" led by Seifer, along with Fuu and Vivi. Rai is never seen without Fuu. He originated from Final Fantasy VIII.

Rai is a Final Fantasy character that appears in Kingdom Hearts II. As the muscle of the "Twilight Town Disciplinary Committee", Rai isn't terribly bright, but that's not too much of an impediment since his main role in the gang is to toss his considerable weight around.

Kingdom Hearts II[b] is a 2005 action role-playing game developed and published by Square Enix in collaboration with Buena Vista Games for the PlayStation 2 video game console. The game is a sequel to Kingdom Hearts, and like the original game, combines characters and settings from Disney films with those of Square Enix's Final Fantasy series.

Rai is the muscle of the Disciplinary Committee. He is not very intelligent, but that is not what he is there for. You do not need smarts to throw people around. He is close to Fuu, and follows Seifer to whatever destination he is going. He has a habit of ending all of his sentences with "Y'Know". Fuu doesn't say a whole lot.

Seifer, Fuu, Rai, and Vivi are clear counterparts to the actually-original Hayner, Pence, Olette, and Roxas. Setzer is just... some guy who is the champion of a little sports thing with barely any relevancy at all to the story of Twilight Town, and yet he's more designed than most of the characters I just listed.
