QV1 is a 40- storey modernist skyscraper in Perth, Western Australia. Completed in 1991, the 163-metre (535 ft) building is the fourth-tallest building in Perth, after Central Park, Brookfield Place and 108 St Georges Terrace.

QV1 is an iconic 43 storey modernist tower located at the western end of Perth’s St Georges Terrace. Designed by internationally renowned architect Harry Seidler AC, QV1 was completed in 1991. The simple philosophy behind QV1’s design was “Perth would have a humanistic building, as opposed to another monument to commerce”.

The 40 storey tower is shaped to maximise the panoramic views toward the Swan River for most of the 1,600 m 2 typical floors. On the north, protected from prevailing winds, an open urban space was created on two levels, centred on a circular opening, which is surrounded by restaurants and shops.

QV1’s also close to King’s Park, the CBD’s west end, RAC Arena and theatres. A 155-bay Executive Car Park is located beneath the QV1 tower and accessible from St Georges Terrace or Hay Street. Onsite security teams are on hand at all times to assist.
