These systems are designed to deposit coatings in HiPIMS V + and DC-pulsed magnetron sputtering mode onto a variety of cutting tools, dies and moulds, components and consumer products.

PVT is considered as one of the early pioneers of hard coatings by PVD-processes, in particular using the arc evaporation with large area evaporators. The complete PVD-process starts with putting the pre-cleaned (by aqueous solution) parts into the pre-heated vacuum chamber.

PVT has developed highly effective and economical coatings. These can be applied in large-scale production using tried-and-tested coating processes in our in-line systems. Customer-specific coatings are implemented in coating processes for mass production in our systems.

PVT has developed two different in-line systems for the hydrogen industry. Various coating processes can be carried out in both systems, each with 4 or 3 vacuum chambers. The in-line systems are designed for smooth 24/7 operation.
