Mar 16, 2023 · It is also at a pebble price point as well, unlike some of the bigger brands I've not tried the Garmin or fossil so cannot compare but in comparison to my wife's Samsung watch, for my needs the amazfit blows it out of the water. The Samsung doesn't get a day on the battery, watch faces are limited and the general fit functions are all the same.

I dunno. The main things I liked about the pebble at the time was screen visibility and battery life. These days, I get 3+ days from my Galaxy Watch Pro with excellent screen visibility and all the other stuff a modern smartwatch can do. I think the days of pebble being relevant have passed

Apr 11, 2023 · The Zepp app is a lot like the Pebble app. There is an online Watch Face Maker, and like the Pebble, you can put the watch into developer mode to pass your own watch faces to it pretty easily. Making good watch faces will require some skill with raster graphics manipulation.

Jan 26, 2023 · Sugru is the adhesive everyone seems to use on the other watches. I haven't repaired a glued-together Pebble, but from what I've read you apply the glue and press the watch together with weights or clamps until the glue cures, probably 24 hours. I don't know how well the water seal is preserved.

I don’t have constant connection issues, like with the Amazfit Bip or Fossil Sport I tried as replacements and returned in short order. I’m not restricted to using it with a specific ecosystem, like the Apple watch.

Same! I had my pebble steel in a drawer the past year since it wouldn’t turn on. On a whim I plugged it in and it started working so I reinstalled the iOS app. Now I need to figure out how to put watch faces in the app since the add face page doesn’t show anything. Edit - pebble.io showed me how to switch to their setup!
