Jul 10, 2024 · You can pay by phone by calling PG&E at 1-877-704-8470. Please have your 11-digit account number ready. Our pay-by-phone option accepts bank account or debit/credit card payments.

To pay your bill, sign in to Your Account or use One-Time Access. Select the Pay button. You will be asked to enter your Payment Amount, Payment Date, Payment Type and Payment Account.
