Because of his 4 hit AoE, he is still very good for seductress, has a new, stronger self buff and imo is a better cc than Takiyasha because of those 4 hits. She is still a better investment because of her versatility but Ootengu is worth if you don't have that many choices.

Mar 6, 2018 · Ootengu as a CC only works in co-op where you have enough resources to throw out 3 max geared Ootengus and make your opponent guess which one is the DPS. For an individual player, even people at top of the duels don't have the resources to throw out legitimate decoys at this point.
