NOB, or "No One Better" is a Wanderer in Tokyo Xtreme Racer 3. He drives a red Nissan Silvia S15 with a custom aero kit with sponsor stickers on both the front and rear windshield and rear side windows, and on both sides of the car, specifically its doors and rear fenders.
