Jun 23, 2005 · I've seen pretty much all the Nismo stuff they have for the s13, and imo the only thing worth getting is a nismo power brace and their valour steering wheel (iirc, it was made by Nardi/ Personal). their aero (for 180sx) is ugly, and for the price of the nismo suspension (arms and "coilovers"), you can get something 10x better from any other ...

Mar 2, 2006 · Everyone has heard of stiffly sprung 240sx pick up the inner rear tire during hard cornering. Now onto driving impression. After riding my stock SE suspension for 4 months (stock front struts, KYB GR2 rear struts), the Nismo's don't feel that much different going over bumps.

Aug 11, 2003 · I think it would be an awesome system with the 300zxTT front rotors and 350Z calipers.On ebay I noticed a guy making overpriced brackets so you can use Mitsu. 3000GT VR-4 rotors and the 300zx 4-pot calipers on your 240sx, 5 lug of course. So if you want to go way big... then figure out a way to use the VR-4 rotors with the 350Z brembos....

Nissan claims that there stock thermostat opens at 179, while the Nismo version opens at 149. Ive done some testing with my consult port, and seen that the 179 thermostat leaves the car running at an average of 190.

Nov 7, 2006 · Nismo Lsd's to my knowledge require synthetic, 2 of my friends with basic nismo lsds use redline 75w90. They drift events all the time, so they change the fluid around 3,4k. If daily driven, seldom see track events 6k should suffice. My other friend runs the Nismo GT Pro which clunks and locks hard.

Apr 21, 2006 · The Nismo power brace is looking to be $160 shipped right now. It's a quality product that many have used. I've seen other companies make kits that you can purchase to be similar to the Nismo brace. I commend them for offering another product for the 240sx community with a lower price point that appeals to a wider crowd.

Nov 12, 2006 · Im planning on getting the "Nismo LMGT4 Wheels" for my 98 se kouki (black) in size 18. I email "mynismo.com" about size fitment and such, and they recommand going "18x8.5 +25 front and 18x9.5 +30" as the "normal fitment".
