The Association has been active in the North Dakota state legislature on issues like statutory liens, the central notice system on liens and crop mortgages, storage rates, licensing and bonding, and more. It works closely with the North Dakota Department of Agriculture which regulates grain elevators.

This procedural directive describes the National Digital Guidance Database (NDGD)—a component of the National Weather Service (NWS) digital data infrastructure. The NDGD complements the National Digital Forecast Database (NDFD). Information within the NDGD is considered guidance and is not the official NWS forecast.
