Prophet Harun عليه السلام was born in 1361 BC in present-day Egypt and died in 1238 BC at the age of 123 years. He was 5-years older than his brother Prophet Musa عليه السلام.

Musa (AS) and Haroon (AS) went together to Pharaoh and delivered their message. Musa spoke to him about Allah, His mercy and His Paradise and about the obligations of monotheism and His worship. Pharaoh listened to Musa' speech with disdain.

Musa, “O Musa! Do not incline to the world and do not attach your heart to it because you cannot come into My presence with a sin worse than it.” 226 When Allah sent Musa and Harun to the Pharaoh, He said to them,
