When the new MONOVA: Museum of North Vancouver, opens its exhibit galleries in 2021, you can expect powerful stories of North Vancouver through high quality exhibitions in the Permanent and Feature Galleries.

Visit both MONOVA, the Museum of North Vancouver and the Archives of North Vancouver. MONOVA is at the Shipyard District in Lower Lonsdale and the Archives of North Vancouver is in Lynn Valley. MONOVA will open in 2021 and the Archives of North Vancouver is currently open by appointment.

Open to all, the Archives of North Vancouver – part of MONOVA museum - offers exhibits, reference services and space to enjoy in our reading room. Our research and collections are available to engage, strengthen and inspire our community by exploring the past, present and future of North Vancouver and its people.

From historic maps, family records, and our ever-expanding photo collection, there’s so much more to discover at MONOVA. Can’t make one of our Monday drop-in dates? Visitors are welcome by appointment Tuesday – Friday.
