Huh. I always saw the timeline split happening at MM6, X5, and Z3. In other words, the games that were not originally planned to have sequels. That way, one timeline would be like this: Mega Man 1-6 (Wily jailed, Rock retires) -> Mega Man X 1-5 (Zero's body found and stored for research) -> Mega Man Zero 1-4 -> ZX -> thousands of years -> Legends

It's more in the style of MM1. Also Mega Man's eyes don't follow you. MM6 is more creative when you have selected a boss. Other then that it has the same "issues" as MM5. Music is a bit too playful and eyes aren't following. In order from best to least best: Mega Man 3, Mega Man 2, Mega Man 4, Mega Man 6, Mega Man 5, Mega Man.

Feb 2, 2016 · With Chaos Control, this fight gets a lot more even. Mega Man has the Jupiter feats for speed, but this is really more of a travel-speed feat than a reaction-time one. Sonic can react faster than Mega Man can, which means he can preempt Mega Man's time weapons with Chaos Control, and that makes both of their time manipulation is probably a wash.

Mar 21, 2022 · These old NES and SNES games all ran at an 8:7 ratio that was stretched to 4:3 on a TV, but not all developers compensated for this stretch, neither in the graphics nor in the game physics. Mega Man has always felt like it fits 8:7 better than being stretched out, so I'd say pixel perfect is the way to go for this one.

Sep 5, 2022 · Part of it is Mega Man is unfortunately very much not their most popular IP anymore. They make games that generate as much income as possible. I very much want Legends 3, but it probably wouldn't sell well and they can't justify pouring money into it. Its the same story with Epic and the Jazz Jackrabbit series
