Three former CSX C40-8's (MEC 7622, MEC 7585, MEC 7545) are seen lined up nicely for a moment at Rigby Yard in South Portland ME. MEC 306, MEC 7545 and MEC 7585 - MEC 613 rest at Pan Am's Rigby Yard. PO-5 with MEC 517 is switching on the west end of the yard.

Apr 28, 2024 · MEC 7545 and 7585 in the hole with RJED in Shelburne Falls : Description: RJED is waiting for a meet with the combined Grain / EDRJ train. These two units are part of a recent 20-unit purchase by Pan Am of used ex-CSX power from General Electric. They're the first GE units under Pan Am ownership in many a year.
