High-speed, high-precision positioning is achieved by driving close to the center of gravity. The HCN series uses linear roller guides on the X-, Y- and Z-axis for high accuracy and heavy-duty machining. The pallet and table are clamped by cone couplings to ensure high rigidity and high repeatable positioning accuracy when changing pallets.

Automated production line with 20 units of FF-5000/40 and 5 articulated robots. The machine configuration with fixed table allows the X-, Y- and Z-axis drive to be located outside the cutting area. High reliability is achieved by reducing susceptibility to chips and cutting water.

With three available integral motor spindle types – standard, high-speed and high-torque – the HCN-6800 allows users to match spindle performance to their specific machining requirements with the proper speeds and power.
