Usp8 promotes tumor cell migration through activating the JNK …
Mar 31, 2022 · To generate Fg-Usp8, Myc-Tak1, Myc-Bsk, Myc-Hep, Myc-Traf2 and HA-Ub constructs, the corresponding coding sequences were amplified by the DNA polymerase (Vazyme, P505), and cloned them...
Myc suppresses tumor invasion and cell migration by inhibiting …
Jan 9, 2017 · In a genetic screen performed in Drosophila, aiming to find novel modulators of tumor invasion, we identified the oncoprotein Myc as a negative regulator. While expression of Myc dramatically...
Myc inhibits JNK-mediated cell death in vivo | Apoptosis
Feb 1, 2017 · The proto-oncogene Myc is well known for its roles in promoting cell growth, proliferation and apoptosis. However, in this study, we found from a genetic screen that Myc inhibits, rather than promotes, cell death triggered by c …
Tankyrase Mediates K63-Linked Ubiquitination of JNK to
Oct 9, 2018 · Tankyrase (Tnks) transfers poly (ADP-ribose) on substrates. Whereas studies have highlighted the pivotal roles of Tnks in cancer, cherubism, systemic sclerosis, and viral infection, the requirement for Tnks under physiological contexts remains unclear.
FER promotes cell migration via regulating JNK activity - PMC
FER activates JNK signalling through Bsk. A, The Bsk phosphorylation levels in the absence and presences of FER or FER KD. The relative p‐Bsk levels were normalized to the Myc‐Bsk levels. B, The interaction between FER and two forms of Bsk. C, The phosphorylation levels of Bsk and Bsk ΔC in the absence and presence of FER. D, The proposed ...
The Drosophila tumor necrosis factor Eiger promotes Myc ...
Jul 10, 2024 · Here, we use a series of genetic tests in Drosophila to explore the relative contribution of the pleiotropic cytokine tumor necrosis factor α (TNFα) in Myc-mediated cell competition (also known as Myc supercompetition or Myc cell competition).
The CDG1 Kinase Mediates Brassinosteroid Signal Transduction …
Here we show that a receptor-like cytoplasmic kinase named CDG1 mediates signal transduction from BRI1 to BSU1. Transgenic experiments confirm that CDG1 and its homolog CDL1 positively regulate BR signaling and plant growth. Mass spectrometry analysis identified BRI1 phosphorylation sites in CDG1, and CDG1 phosphorylation sites in BSU1.

Regulation of FcεRI-mediated signaling by an adaptor protein STAP-2/BSK ...
Jul 4, 2003 · Overexpression of STAP-2/BSK in RBL-2H3 cells resulted in a dramatic suppression of the FcεRI-mediated tyrosine phosphorylation of PLC-γ, calcium mobilization, and degranulation, suggesting that STAP-2/BSK negatively regulates those signaling.
