Nov 15, 2022 · The description to me sound like cracked solder joints may be a fault. If you had a soldering iron you might be able to fix this in an hour. Economically it probably does not make sense for you to have someone else repair unless you really like it.

Apr 14, 2012 · As a C85 and M45 owner, I think they are a great amp. I can only imagine how the higher M-series sound but the 45 is already quite good. C85 pre is very versatile and flexible, yet it does not muck-up the sound IMO.
