I think the best way to get the maps of M3/V3, M4/V4, Genesis, Genesis 2 to Genesis 3 or 8 is by using Legacy UVs products and Map Transfer but sadly it actually misses a part, the geograft maps.

Is a texture converter able to convert V4 male Anatomical Elements (M3 genital) ? You could use Genesis 1 and Map transfer to convert the textures from V4 UVs to M4 UVs, then use the M4 legacy UVs for G3M or G8M. That won't help for the genitals though.
