May 31, 2020 · The original M1014 has a cast aluminum trigger frame where as the newer production models are polymer. Changes in the finish of parts will be noted. Such as the ARGO plugs may appear different. Anodizing has varied over the years. The M1014 will come with a neutered receiver extension that will not permit the collapsible stock to collapse.

The Beretta 1301 is a hunting gun with black furniture.” And I can’t forget the quote by the owner of Battlefield Vegas “If I could only own one shotgun for the rest of my life, it would be the Benelli M4.” I have several M4’s.

Dec 7, 2020 · There are about a dozen other Benelli M4 models. Some just designate a color change or if it was meant for law enforcement. They're all generally the same though. These regular M4's usually come with a fixed stock. These units have the correct receiver extension, so adding a collapsible stock it it will function without any modifications.
