Dec 30, 2014 · Lucario is able to use these combos on most mid-weight characters. Fall speed is very important in determining who can be comboed as some of these strings are rather tight. Floaty characters like Luigi and (hilariously) Bowser are just flat out immune to a lot of these combos. I tested Lucario's throw combo at 0-0% on the entire cast.

It's startup lag is just perfect for Lucario to punish with counter, and since most Pikachus will try to hit with it at mid range, you know the general spacing for where it should be most common.

This is nothing like Mewtwo's side B move, but that is a good thing. Lucario's down B move is quite similar to Marth's down B, which is counter.
