Dec 13, 2024 · I have had ringing in my ears for close to 35 years now (am 76). It's loud about 50%. It's very high, Somehow i equate it with bright sunshine. Never changes pitch. It's much higher than normal sounds. Most of the time, it doesn't bother me. If I am moderately involved in thinking or doing something, my brain seems able to 'ignore it'.
